Semi Main Character

Oliver is a teen who needed to earn money to pay for his mothers cancer treatment so he took part in an experiement which would pay a high amount of money. The experiment left him with a beak and enhanced sences and superhuman eyesight.Which leads him to crafting the wings he uses to fly around the city and saves lives with as The Owl. He's quite timid around people who aren't his friends but hes quite determined at times.
