Anything I can put as a description would be an insult to this man's intelligence. Edward Nigma, AKA The Riddler, is a true mental rival to The Batman. He's one of the smartest men alive and he knows it!

Ya kinda got it. The intelligence is their but the voice needs to sound confident. Make me believe you are the Riddler. Try to think of a smart know it all kid you may have ran into in high school or life and remember those feelings you had towards that annoyance, If you didn't experience that then try sounding smarter. I know it sounds like the same critique as last time but its not. Sound smarter than you actually are. Sound so smart its impossible to reach that level. That should bring the confidence out! Great improvement
