Hey there, great job on the take! I appreciate how clearly you were speaking and your pacing was pretty spot on. One thing to work on would be to project your voice a bit more. This comes from deep within your diaphragm and will really add some oomph to your words. To master this, try practicing some deep breathing exercises. Remember the doggy pants we discussed in class? Those are perfect for building up your breath support. You were running out of breath alot during this read. You want strategically to place your breaths when you read. You don't want it to come across as say bunch of words breath say bunch word breath. Now, about the performance itself - you've got a good rhythm going on, but it felt a bit repetitive after a while. Try mixing up your inflections and your pitch to add some spice to your delivery. You don't want your audience to think you're going on autopilot, right? It's all about keeping them hooked, so changing up your speech patterns can help keep things fresh. Not saying you were boring - far from it! You've got this great announcer vibe going on, which really works for the script. Keep up the good work! I can't wait to see how you improve with more practice!
