Looking for a type of tough-guy voice for this particular character.

This one is lacking. It needs a LOT of energy given, This is the new guy in town and hes trying to be the TOP GUY in gotham making a name for himself. He needs to sound Loud and Excited while also keeping that jerk annoying side to him as well
