Geki is the strongest man in the world, as well as the Teacher of Kato, Tarai, and Reiko. He is extremely powerful and at this point in the series is the only one who can achieve the level of Super Saiyan. Or so the world thinks. Try going for a more mature version of Goku or Gohan's voice, and if that doesn't fit your range just go original.
