Lisa Snart aka The Golden Glider is the sister to Captain Cold. Glider is capable of astral projection. In her projected form she is capable of flying, phasing through solid surfaces, hypnotizing or mentally captivating others, and moving quickly or teleporting from place to place. She also has prehensile ribbon-like tendrils that she can use to wrap around people and objects to lift or throw them, to cut others, and to project intangibility onto others. She is also quite intelligent, and a skilled leader and tactician. 

Golden Glider will be appearing in Episode 1 and 8 as a Villain that poses a strong threat for The Flash.
