Handed over leadership of the gang to Maddox to work in the city as an investor.
-Makes deals with greedy businessmenby promising them unlimited money and power.
-Promises Maddox lots of money and power if he kills Gage, his gang and anyone else who are allies of Gage's or refuse to join Samuel..
-Comes across as mysterious and aloof, even charismatic and almost gentlemanlike to higher ups in the city; but, is actually malicious, vicious and sadistic.
-Uses Gage's friends, especially Anthony, against him.
-Inspired by the character Makashima from the anime "Pyscho-Pass." (Alex Organ) Try to sound as close to this character as you can.
