DESCRIPTION:
Makio Tanihara is a third year high school student attending Kashi High School. He attended the same junior high school as Izumi Miyamura and Kouichi Shindou.
PERSONALITY:
Tanihara is a somewhat foul mouthed and crude guy who has a history of bullying others, notably Miyamura. However, in situations where he is uncomfortable, he becomes very quiet and tends to internalize his thoughts while letting others act first. It's later implied that his behavior comes from an insecurity stemming from a need to fit in with his friends. After a dream involving Miyamura, he begins to reflect on his faults and tries seeking amends.
