Loopy, he/they, is a dramatic clown, and is best known for his cheerfulness and extroverted persona. Though he plays a sweet gag, Loopy can be viscous and unsympathetic with a flip of a switch. Loopy cares about Sinclair more than anyone else, and solemnly swears to love and protect him and his little clown kids.
