Hinano is a zany, short science student that watches over the north side of Kamihama, on patrol for the Magia Union. She wasn't much for the group first, but after hearing of their good deeds, she thought it would be a good opportunity to join, and one day, hopes to make it to the top. People often end up judging her for her size, even though she's 18, which tends to tick her off. A LOT.
