Nemu Hiiragi was previously one of the three Magius who created the APS and Uwasa, but now assists Touka in finding breakthroughs for the Magia Union. She's an innocent, intelligent child, but suffers a life-threatening disease which causes her voice to be hoarse, and for her movement to be limited to only a wheelchair. However, she still attempts to give her all, no matter how silent she may be while doing it.
