Touka was previously an unhinged, young elementary school scientist who, after becoming a Magic User, formed the Magius and created the APS alongside Alina and Nemu. The project, at first, was meant to save Magic Users - however she became power hungry and attempted to extract negative energy from the party during AST 1. However, after making an agreement with Hal and Cole (the protagonists from AST 1) they agreed to work together and come up with healthy breakthroughs as a team! Still keeping her extravagant nature, Touka now works with the Magia Union in an attempt to expand the APS. Her voice is light due to her age, yet she still speaks with proper manners.
