Prairie took command of the Guardians after Ciel went missing after an investigation of an Outlands area involving the appearing Maverick attacks. Before the start of Mega Man ZX, she hired Giro Express to transport the Biometals, Model X, and Model Z. It is revealed in-game that Prairie is over 200 years old (despite looking only 13–16 years old), as she was present when she saw Ragnarok breaking apart in the atmosphere or Zero and Ciel facing a swarm of Mavericks. It is also heavily implied that Prairie is Alouette from the original Mega Man Zero games: her stuffed doll is the same one that Alouette carried and also calls Ciel 'sis.' Prairie's Japanese voice actor, Ryō Hirohashi, also voiced Alouette.

  • The guardians travel to different areas in order to investigate various things, so it's more convenient for us if the base can move with us. (Realizing) Oh, did you remember to bring the chip?
