You tend to have the same pattern with every sentence, which makes the read sound a bit choppy and unnatural. Change up your inflections and emphasis to add more variety. Slowing down a tad would also help it sound less rushed and not lose articulation and enunciation with the words. Take bigger breaths at the beginning of sentences to give yourself more power to push through without losing your breath too quickly, which can also play into your speaking too fast.
