Casey Jones is a 22 year old Mexican from California. He moved to New York when he was very young. He’s hot-headed and gets into fights easily, but has a strong sense of justice. His voice is very passionate. It’s similar to Casey Jones from the 2003 version of TMNT. You can either do that, or a Mexican accent, but if you go that route, I would prefer for the voice actor themselves to be Mexican.
