A primary antagonist. Lia is a cruel woman who hides her motives behind giggles and lies, always wearing a bright smile on her face. She adores causing physical harm to people in sick, twisted ways, along with the usual Stranger shenanigans (ya'know, such as peeling people.) There's plenty of thought put into every one of her actions, ensuring each one is more cruel and painful (whether emotionally or physically) than the last. She's Albie's older sister, and is dating Mia.
