Initially introduced as Ichigo Saitou's wife, she was willing to expose Ai Hoshino's secret in the first episode but had a change of heart. As the series progressed, Miyako displayed responsibility and compassion while caring for the twins and safeguarding Ai's hidden life. Following Ai's passing, Miyako formally adopted Aqua and Ruby, becoming a devoted and loving mother to them.
