Another primary antagonist. Leon is a cruel man, who only ever seems to have himself prioritized. He views almost everyone around him to be a burden, and doesn't bother to pretend otherwise for even a second. All that he wants is to prove that he's better than his brother, Theo, and he will do almost anything to do so.
