Side character. A man that thirsts for knowledge, and will do whatever it takes to get it. Ortega's quite fascinated by Cecil, and everything he does. (In the first season, he... Stalks Cecil, because he wants his knowledge.) Ortega tends to be a bit more stuck-up at first, but he does ease up on that as time goes on, due to a variety of events, and he eventually works as an assistant to Cecil, and begins dating Ethan.
