St. Louis: This character is from Azur Lane. A Brooklyn-class Light Cruiser who fights alongside the Eagle Union Squad during Pearl Harbor. After surviving, she earned the nickname Lucky Lou. She can sometimes be a bit of a tease when accompanied by someone she loves (or the player in her game).
