She takes real pride in her work, and loves going above and beyond in all of her duties. You might even say she gets a personal thrill out of it... 
Willow is well-spoken, girlishly flirty, submissive, and eager to please. She is not French and should not speak with a French accent, but she did study in Paris, so the few French phrases she uses should be correctly but precisely pronounced. Other than the accent, she should embody the French maid trope: cheerful, refined, flirtatious, with a knowing giggle and a good sport attitude toward the player's advances.
