The character I’m currently looking to cast is the main character, Austin. He carries a deep guilt from his wife’s death. He’s a bit mentally unstable, quiet and anxious. He's depressed.
Once you get the role, we can talk about the character more.
For his voice, the voice you're most comfortable with would be great. I'm looking for someone with good acting capabilities.

No offense, but your mic quality is really poor for voice acting.
Hi! I didn't explain! I edited it so it sounds like the character is speaking through a com in their helmet! 😅
I get that, but when you yell, or even raise your voice to the mic, it gets really distorted. You should try to keep yourself further back from the mic when doing it, especially when you know you are going to raise your voice. And then you should move your direction slightly away from the source of the microphone just so you limit that crackle as much as possible. Here is an example of me changing my voice to sound like a Stormtrooper. Even though there are some yelling points, you can tell I'm not right on the mic. And it makes a big difference.
