The resident wildcard. No one's quite sure what his motivations are or even what his deal is. All anyone knows for sure is that he's close with Jeff and doesn't really trust his other teammates. Laughing Jack is clearly unstable, acting overly cheerful and energetic much of the time, laughing at inappropriate moments, and displaying obvious paranoia regarding his teammates.
Laughing Jack has a very rich, fruity voice with a strong French accent-think Jean Reno as Le Frog from Flushed Away. He typically sounds upbeat bordering on manic, but he can sound downright sinister at times.
