The Cheerful Berserker. Toby was once one of Slenderman's Proxies before being forcibly recruited by Zalgo. He genuinely believes that what he's doing is good. Toby is an optimist, and despite all he's been through has high hopes for the future. However, he tends to be swayed by any promise of things getting better, even if it means he will have to do horrible things. Despite his cheerful demeanor, he's fairly high-strung, which in combination with his tics has earned him the nickname 'Twitch'. 

Toby sounds fairly youthful for his age, with a somewhat high, raspy voice. He talks quickly, and has a slight stammer-though this is due to his nervous disposition rather than his condition.
