Hi, I am not the director but I would love to give feedback. First of all, I do not recommend putting your bloopers to your audition, it identifies you as a noob and does not know how to edit auditions. Second, work on your microphone quality, if budget is on the line, that is fine but at least try to not make the audio sound crisp and has the popping sounds obvious. Last of all, you can work on expanding your range and experiment with your voice, plus work on your expressions, emotions and your delivery. That's all ^^
