Toge is a semi-grade 1 jujutsu sorcerer at Tokyo Jujutsu High alongside his classmates Yuta, Maki, and Panda. His power basically lets his speech turn into reality, such as actual death if Toge were to say "die". However, his throat becomes extremely sore after a single attack.
