This character's voice should sound like Sideshow Bob from The Simpsons.
*in a muttering voice* Don't get too ahead of yourself, Mr. President. Once I deal with you, you'll need some of your healthcare to hopefully stay alive long enough to see a replacement get in and take over.
*menacingly* I knew that you would be off your guard sooner or later, Sir Oshington. Now, I can finish you off.
*chuckles* Funny. I thought that you would have been fine with him dying before taking office. In a way, you should be thanking me for coming so far with this plan. Had it not been for that other Oshawott, I would have gotten away with killing Sir Oshington from the start.
