Phil is the one and only crew member on captain Frank's ship. He is a psychotic, happy go lucky idiot, who often gets them into trouble unintentionally or very intentionally just so he can have an excuse to fight or kill something. He needs to sound happy and cheerful/full of life most the time but he will have serious moments don't worry. As for voice again like frank i don't have a specific sound in mind however i would like to sorta sound like a carefree young adult. Keep in mind this is an adult comedy and with phil being the main comic relief he will be saying some dirty jokes and or violent stuff.

(Sound excited) *gasp* frank! I saw a spcae racoon. He's like a normal racoon. But he's in spppppace!
(Sound serious) oh see when you said "he knows to much" and looked at me i thought that was the "kill him" look. My mistake it won't happen again!...okay it MIGHT happen again but not again today.
