A vampire that was made, not born, which makes him seen as a 3rd-rate citizen in vampire society. He somehow became the leader of the Academy's Vampire Coven, unfortunately he has let that go to his head and now he, similarly to the vampires he hated, now has a superiority complex. Medium-low voice, I am open to accent interpretations but the original idea was a more English sounding accent.
