Lewis, named Austin when he was a child, was Noire's target. In order to test her strength, his father ordered her to kill his son, Austin. The two thought he was dead, but he was saved by two women. Hiding his real personality, Lewis slowly became insane. He planned on revenging- and so he will do. Lewis is insane. When he's alone with his target (like in the two particular lines above), he reveals his insane 'speaking tone'. When he's around other people., he acts like a sweet guy.
