Daitan is one of the characters that cross paths with Kuro. She is often mistaken for a man and loves fighting with everyone. She's Koemi's besshikime, so she only speaks calmly and is controlled when talking to her.
We imagine her voice to be similar to Eda from Black Lagoon in pitch but with sort of the same personality as Majima Goro from Yakuza and the different voice changes as Junko Enoshima from Danganronpa. Any accent is welcome.
For the interjections part, you can interpret it as it would fit the character (if I cast you, I'll guide you through the "correct" interjections). You can have some ideas for interjections in many videogame videos like LoL or Yakuza for instance (though many of them only have fighting sounds).
