The Herbalist is a disabled man in a wheelchair. Formerly a Lord of the Lonely Mountains and Castle Roar, he has fallen from grace at the hands of the tyrannical Grimlord. Though weak in body, his mind is sharp, and his tongue even more so. He is highly intelligent, socially adept, and at times, even manipulative. He often allows people to believe his condition is a result of his defiance to the Grimlord, and frequently manipulates people into feeling sorry for him to further his goals. He is not inherently evil however, and does genuinely seek an end to the Grimlord's reign by any means necessary.
The herbalist maintains a clear and concisely spoken British accent with good diction. Despite this, he sounds disconnected, melancholy and is often soft spoken. This can be mistaken for him simply being shy or timid, though he is far from it. His motivations lean towards the liberation of the Lonely Mountains and his close relationship to his body guard, Rheala.
A male voice, preferably with a mid-to-higher pitch would be ideal, though we are open to all voice options for the herbalist.
