Good job! I recommend adding more emotion and making it feel more genuine, especially at the beginning. Right now, it's a bit stale without the energy levels that are present later on in the read. Right now, it feels as your just reading a script, I want to feel how much this person means to you. While your clarity is overall fine, sometimes your words would blur together. Gotta watch out for that and keep practicing to make you can maintain clear enunciation as much as possible, with each sound and each word!
