Double Barrel, Aka James, is the cousin of Ernesto Aka Frosty, he is one of the many friends of Jerry, just like his cousin, in the second episode his legs are snapped in a freak accident, and so he spends the rest of his life in a thing called an Air Chair, made by Jerrine. He's Out Going, Tough, but is a Shy person, who rarely tries to start a conversation with others.
