Similar to that of Corey Burton, I'm not looking for a "Hugo Weaving / Frank Welker / David Kaye soundalike", instead I'm looking for a different take that still has that "Megatron" sound.
(cold, instructive) Your lack of effective combat tactics and complete disregard for proper protocol are but a few of the reasons you have been deemed unfit for command until this moment, Starscream.
(quiet, calculated, pondering) Hmm, yes this could indeed be an opportunity. But how to capitalize upon it?
(angry, measured) Optimus Prime. Of all the piles of scrap aboard your ship, I had hoped yours would be among the immobile ones.
To me this sounds a lot like TFP Starscream, which would have been fine for Starscream, but I just casted someone to play Starscream and they, too have a sort of "Steve Blum" type voice. I need something with more bravado; something that's going to be more distinct when hearing Starscream and Megatron's voice side-by-side. I need someone who sounds like a reserved, tactical leader; to me this sounds more like a conniving sinister schemer.
With the current performance you've submitted, I will have to pass on these roles for you. If you have any ideas on how to make your voice sound more "commanding", then feel free to try again. Otherwise, have a nice day :D
