Niko seems to be a kind, gentle, and intelligent young lad from a good family. Coming from parents with outstanding reputations in the public eye for their notoriety in academic achievement and extravagance, Niko suffers from perfectionism and high expectations to have perfect marks in all areas. He keeps it up, and all of his classmates despise him for it. Niko is content with a good book. However, underneath his surface, he is a deeply angry young man with a bit of a sharp tongue and an attitude. Niko and Lake are two peas in a pod. Niko despises Otis and Birk.
