Sierra-C1998 is your typical loudmouth 80s action hero, throwing out quips left, right and centre. They have a thing for explosions and rocket launchers, and often solve problems by facing them head on. They are a large, bulky Spartan. When they are caught in a firefight, they don't look for cover; they are the cover. They have been recently partnered up with S-C1202 to better their combat abilities; command feels that with a competent partner the duo could prove an effective asset.
