Ridge-Ra for Captain Luther
Captain of the Saint Horn ship, and leader of the Resistance. Luther is one of the few remaining dragons that have survived after the terrible war centuries ago, but despite his appearance and heritage, he would rather work around possible conflicts through diplomacy in hopes of taking out the Empire, and would rather avoid fights in general to begin with. Despite his naivety and conflict averse personality, Luther tries to see the best in everyone. Even if most of the time random adventurers teleport out of nowhere, fight each other, and damage his ship, which he knows he’ll have to unfortunately cover for with money he doesn’t have.
