Now you've finally realized where the noise is coming from- "Insert a low pissed growl that turns into a short angry laugh." Feel free to do a couple takes on the laugh if you feel like it.

Here give a quick and snappy "Back off!" Now like you're banging on a door repeatedly, start repeating "Get up!" Over and over, getting faster each time until you're saying it through clenched teeth.

Here you're asking one last time, exhausted and angry while dragging out the word noise "What is that noooise!"
