First meetings of Richter, he comes off as a abrasive and antagonistic person. Telling Jacket to leave the stores he enters, refusing service, while Beard lays dead on the ground next to him. He is a 50 Blessings Assassin who kills Jacket's Girlfriend, and put him in a coma, but after meeting with him in the Police Station, Jacket comes to realize that Richter is an unwilling pawn of 50 Blessings much like himself.

Richter will need to come off as antagonistic in the coma portions of Jackets story, but then sympathetic in the post-coma portions of the game.
