Phew, where to begin. 1. The song I have picked out is an older song Story of My Life by Social Distortion. I first heard this song with Guitar Hero 3. The song was amazing and looking back now, the lyrics matches a dream that I would like to chase. The dream of making it big whether it would be teaching, voice acting, and/or even singing. Keep in mind that this rendition is not perfect as there was a time or two where I could've improved. 2. I am a 25 year male with quite a range from low to fairly high. Still pursuing my degree (college loves making me wait) but wanted to try new things. I've voice acted in quite a few projects, and figured that I would try my hand at singing. I love singing a song as well as matching its pitch and energy being put into it. Music has been a part of my life since I was 4 years old, from singing to Backstreet Boys (before I hit puberty) to playing my trombone in high school. 3. Music has always been a huge part of my life and can get me through the day. This singing opportunity would help me improve this talent and give me an opportunity to learn from other great singers. I love playing my bass guitar as well, so perhaps I could try to mix in this singing experience with my ongoing bass experience to increase my musical talent.
