When Mollie was attacked, she lost her leg and her entire family. During their vacation however, Speed tells her that the trio was her long lost children, whom she thought have been crushed by the collapsing roof. Throughout these years of misery, Mollie kept a kind smile on and was grateful that she made it out alive and was taken in by Rin and Bolt, aunt and uncle of Pearl.
