Chill has lived more than 10000 years and yet he has the mental age of a 10 year old. He became friends with Sunshine under the nickname “Vi” and he met Mana after she went along with Silvia and the rest of the squad to the island vacation. He tries to play it cool with Mana and tells her about the origin of Sunshine.
