Framme is a high-spirited young girl who worships Alear to the point of being starstruck by the littlest things they do. She takes great joy in her role as one of their primary stewards. She's very attentive but absent-minded. She is the self-proclaimed co-president of the Divine Dragon Fan Club with her brother.
