1970s kung fu dub
Rosalio Turrubiartes for Voice Actors
I am searching for voice actors to perform scripted dialogue - and, ideally, perform some 'fight noises' - for a new dub soundtrack being prepared for scenes from a vintage 1970s martial arts film. These redubbed scenes will be incorporated within a documentary slated for inclusion within a Blu-ray boxset being released in the UK this summer. We will pay a flat fee for your work, but will require you to sign an agreement signing over all rights to the recording in perpetuity. You will also receive a complimentary copy of the Blu-ray when it is released, and be listed in the credits of the documentary.
We are casting 7-8 parts, with the potential for actors to double or triple up on roles where possible. We are trying to cast according to the ethnicities of the original performers, which means we will be prioritising submissions from actors of Asian (specifically Chinese/HK), Filipino, Korean and African-American backgrounds. All dialogue is in English; American or 'mid-Atlantic' accents preferred but not mandatory. The parts in the film are all male only, so we will not be accepting submissions from female actors - sorry!

You think you can knock me out with those little sticks? Ha!
I am not afraid of death - that word means nothing to me!
Are you ready to go? Then what are you waiting for?
