Oreo is a young saiyan warrior who has been traveling across planets in search of Frieza, with her one goal being to defeat him. Her character is one who is determined, confident but also can be comical at times. 

The setting this scene takes place in is during the Namek Saga when the Z-Fighters (Goku, Gohan, Piccolo and Krillin) were on Planet Namek. Goku has already launched the spirit bomb, leaving everyone under the impression that Frieza has been defeated. While everyone is celebrating, that is when Oreo arrives on the scene surprised by the fact that Frieza had already been defeated. She believed no one could've been strong enough to defeat him, aside from herself.

Since this is an original character, there is no specific voice I am looking for. So feel free to give your take on the character and how she would sound!
