A pair of wastelanders guarding a sinkhole leading down to a series to tunnels that connect the Vikki and Vance casino to the Bison Steve Hotel. They share a pool of dialogue between eachother.
One is in his early 20's, while the other is in his mid 30's.
(Addressing Player) We’re keeping an eye out, incase any of the gangers catch wise to this way up.
(Annoyed, mumbling to self) Other New Vegas, my ass.
(Wondering aloud) I know a bunch of folk used to live down in the tunnels. I wonder if they’re still down there.
