Eli V. for Silence
A blind man who runs the Mafia named after him. He controls the production of illegal cybernetics and drugs that flow through the black market. Despite his criminal nature he believes in a more utopian society where the world takes care of the sick and needy, believing the only way to achieve this is to dismantle the criminal underworld. Despite his ideologies he is generally regarded as performative in his actions, him not willing to forcefully dismantle the black market himself he decide to rely on Maria to do it for him. His mistake though is seeing her as a kindred spirit trying to fight for the 'little guy' from the top, and not seeing her as the power hungry monster she is. A mistake that costs his life
