Otis is a young man and future head of the Hawke family, however he doesn't act like it. Otis is more intrested in having fun instead of working, seeming to be more keen on reaking havok, pulling pranks, etc. His voice shouldn't be too deep, but not too high pitched either. His voice is a lot more 'clean' than his cousin pico.

Note when auditioning for this role, you have to be able to pull off shouting, screaming, manic laughing and sobbing.
