Rocky is the kinda guy who does before he thinks. He's goofy and almost immature in some ways. This leads to him being somewhat ignorant and a jerk at times. tho usually unintentionally. As he is good at heart and has good intentions. I imagine his voice being raspy yet also eccentric. Similar to Drew but more of a lower pitch then him
